4. Delivery
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing and shipping. Orders can only be delivered to addresses within Australia. International shipping may be available upon request.
5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
- Returns: We accept returns of non-food items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Food items can be only return if product does not meet quality standard.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a non-food item, please contact our customer service team within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customer is liable of all additional shipment charges associated with exchange process unless exchange is required due to incorrectly shipped item by Tasty World Shop. Food items are not exchangeable.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days to the original payment method.
