How to Fill and Seal Kraft Stand Up Pouches

Open the pouch, press the base flat so it stands, and fill to just below the zip. Wipe any tea dust off the zip track, then press it closed from one side to the other. For retail packs, run the top edge through an impulse heat sealer, about 1 cm above the zip and below the tear notches. A short test on one pouch will show you the right heat setting for your sealer. Add your label to the front panel, and the pouch is ready for sale or gifting.
