Compress


Make a hot compress using 2 teaspoons of leaves per cup of water. Boil 10 minutes, strain and apply with a clean cloth to relief painful swelling.

Relaxing Bath


Use a handful of balm in a cloth and run your bathwater over it.

Fresh Leaves


Crush fresh leaves and apply directly to the wound.

Infusion


2 tsp of leaves per 1 cup of boiling water.

Steep 10-20 minutes.

Drink up to 3 cups daily for sooth the stomach, fight infection, nervous exhaustion, depression and ease menstrual pain.

Ointment


For sores and insect bites

Oil


Use warm as a massage oil to ease tension and depression.
