TASTY FOOD, SNACKS and SWEETS delivery

Shipment within Perth metropolitan area.

We deliver all goods from TASTY FOOD, SNACKS and SWEETS categories within Perth metropolitan area only. However, feel free to contact us if you live outside the area and would like to buy our gourmet food.

We are happy to offer Free Shipping for orders over $50 within Perth metropolitan area. 
$10 flat rate for all other orders under $50 within Perth Metropolitan area.

Delivery time

Normally we deliver our orders the next day after receipt of payment. It means we deliver our tasty food and sweets 7 days a week.

We do everything we can to ensure you get your order quickly.

Returns

You may return any delivered item from TASTY FOOD AND SWEETS categories before 'Best before' or 'Use by' date if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product.

If any item from your order is missing, broken, damaged, or you received an incorrect item when your order arrived, please contact us on sales@tastyworld.com.au with an order number and description of the problem.

We process your claim within 24 hours and organise your refund within two business days. Please note that delivery expenses cannot be refunded.



TEA and TEAWARE delivery

Rockingham-Kwinana-Mandurah delivery

We offer free delivery within Rockingham area. Please note you should be a registered user to be able to use Free Delivery option.

Shipment within Australia

$8 flat rate is applied to all orders within Australia.

Shipment overseas

Please contact us on sales@tastyworld.com.au, and we will discuss your overseas shipment request individually.

Delivery time

We dispatch our orders next business day after receipt of payment. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order delivery within Australia.

Returns

For all Returns, please email your order number and brief problem description to sales@tastyworld.com.au.

You may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Returns received more than 30 days from the purchase date will not processed or refunded. Please note that postage expenses cannot be refunded.

Returned orders will be processed within 10 business days of delivery to our warehouse.

Please ship your returns via carriers with tracking services. We are not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse.

If any item from your order is missing, broken, damaged, or you received an incorrect item when your package arrived, please contact us on sales@tastyworld.com.au. Please provide your order number and description of the problem (please attach a photo if possible).

Availability and Back-order 

Although we make every attempt to have items available in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. These items are not available to ship immediately because we are in the process of securing additional inventory from our suppliers.
